Volumes  12-14: June 1865-1889

The later volumes will cover Davis' imprisonment, European travels, business affairs, and preparation of his memoirs. As the "Lost Cause" gains momentum, Davis becomes a leading voice, consulted by influential southerners on a wide range of topics, from Gettysburg to prohibition.

Volume 15

The final volume will include a comprehensive index and bibliography, as well as addenda.
